The Town Council’s Offices are above Appleby Tourist Information Centre. If you have any queries and would like to speak to someone face to face, the TIC acts as the front of house for the Council. Due to the age of the building, there is no lift, so the first floor is inaccessible to any wheelchair users.

- Formerly Appleby Borough Council, Appleby-in-Westmorland Town Council was formed in 1974 following local government reorganisation.
- Cllr Pamela Davidson is the Mayor, and Cllr Duncan Curley is the Deputy. Contact details for all Appleby Town Council’s Councillors can be found on the ‘Our Councillors‘ page.
